The early morning departures for scenic Catalina Island are some of our favorites. Typically a much easier crossing then the northern channel islands. The Cee Ray allows for previous nights boarding if you choose. Plenty of bunk space to get a good night's sleep before the next days diving.   Enjoy on a lucky morning the pods of dolphins leading you across, you arrive to find the majestic kelp forests beckoning you to jump in and explore! Typically the Frontside of Catalina trip is good  for all levels of divers and an excellent place for most all training. With literally dozens of dive sites to choose from there is more exploration on every dive.

Fantastic for macro photography, the abundant fish life and nudibranchs are unparalleled in  Southern California.

All diving on this trip is on leeward side of the island- Easy to tuck in an escape wind if necessary.

Water Temperature- Winter low 60’s, Summer- 68-72

PCH Scuba will always have a representative on the boat that can help buddy you up if you are in need of a buddy. They are also there to help answer questions and show you the ropes if this is your first boat dive.
